Diocesan Council
Once again I find myself humbled and honoured to have been elected to a Diocesan Council.
Today I attended the meeting at CFB Gagetown and must say that the entire time there I found myself enthused, exhilarated and captivated by the vision of this body and the clarity of purpose. It is all too easy to say the Holy Spirit is at work, and was clearly scene, but in this case I believe all who were there this afternoon would agree.
One member, commenting on the enthusiasm said of future meetings that people may change the hymn "Take me to the River" to "Take me to the Council." A phase was bantered about that seemed to sum up the focus of the vision: "Sharing for the Communicating of the Gospel."
What is a good blog without a picture or two.
