Douglas, I still can not see the bulletin, I do have Acrobat on my comuputer, do you have any other suggestions?

Must be your program Jennifer I opened it fine. Sorry! :-)
I would go into your Control Panel in your start menu. Go to add/delete programs. Delete your Adobe Reader. Go to their website and reload it. The latest version. Most important is deleting it, through the Control Panel.
But getv back to me.
