Most of us think of our faith and it's liturgical expression in terms of our "Western" norms epecially when it comes to hymns and chant.
Here is an offering this day for something so very old that it may be the stuff sung 1700+ years ago. I encourage you to pray through this as you make devotion and prayer to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Formerly priest & incumbent of an isolated northern Quebec, Anglican, parish. Currently rector of a rural parish in western New Brunswick. As well as being a priest, I'm married with four children and love games, 80's music, tech and of course my Saviour, and his Church, whom I serve daily in trust and humility.
