I ask your prayers each day, and particularly Thursday morning, for Marina. She will be having a mastectomy that day due to cancer.
This is the second parishioner with Breast Cancer this month. If you feel so called, and the Lord does encourage giving alms as an act of sacrifice, please give Lenten Alms to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Breast cancer seems to be happening more and more. Of course she is in our prayers. Also, I don't know if you remember Freddie Etheridge's wife, Pollyann, but she also was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has had her surgery and is doing well.
