Weather Within

No longer under the weather the weather is within and it ain't pleased. Maybe it's a category 4 Hurricane, at least that's the way it feels.

Yesterday afternoon it hit landfall. After 2 days of just feeling dead tired and sick, it reached what it effectively was going to do all along, sideline me with a good dose of gastro-flu. No details, but I can tell you that I hate, hate, missing Church but Sherry made the right call by encouraging me to ask the Lay Readers to cover me. If yesterday was the running day, today was the ache and pain day. I have had so much pain in my tummy and head I thought both would explode at one. Then my chest started hurting, stress of course. Anyway...

I'm feeling terrible still. I checked mail today and laid down and that was enough. I'm up again, but I need to lay down again. BLAH! And on the Birthday-Eve. Forty-Three... not as poetic as forty-four so no big deal that I'm sick for it. I guess my candles will need to float on the broth.
