Gwen McKnight's retirement party was held today at Anglican House, Princess Street in Saint John. Where she has worked for 20+ years. I was always made to feel at home by both Gwen and Cathy and I am overjoyed to hear that she will be staying on in a part time capacity. Here are a couple of images for this sad yet joyous occasion.
Here are some images from the clergy conference held at the Rothsay Netherwood School. The main speaker is Canon Eric Beresford and today we had a brief address and question period with the bishop following an explanation of the draft Code of Conduct by the esteemed lawyer Bev Smith.
On August the 6th at 6:00 am, fire trucks arrived at or Cathedral. Here are pictures from the Dean of that day. We thank God that no one was injured and that damage wasn't worse. Dean Joyce's Pictures
A few weeks ago Mr. Allison Green, one of our Lay Reader's preached in my presence, and like the other Lay Reader, here is his sermon for your enjoyment and edification:

The experience of Brookwood ended fast for me but the wonderful time continues in my memories... and in digital images. Here are some fun images and a few serious ones. Many in the Church question the depth of faith of the youth, I can tell you that even after service, many remain and seriously turn to prayer. During the day though many "good times" happen, from throwing water balloons at the rector to the insightful reading of Bill Cosby. We even have below pictures of the famous Hodown dance, "Dusty the Nature Boy" song, and the craft hut's Colouring Book of Truth, where some councilors have added colour and wisdom; all in fun: enjoy.
Formerly priest & incumbent of an isolated northern Quebec, Anglican, parish. Currently rector of a rural parish in western New Brunswick. As well as being a priest, I'm married with four children and love games, 80's music, tech and of course my Saviour, and his Church, whom I serve daily in trust and humility.
